CNC LATHING
Our lathing center HAAS ST 20 is able to manufacture rotary components of high accuracy and quality. The programming of the manufacturing process including the creation of the NC code happens with the help of software ESPRIT for 2-axis lathing. Lathing Works focus on production of various complex rotarycomponents such as flanges, studs, shafts, pins, bushings, different types of screws, screwnuts, etc. The production happens in accordance with provided drawing documentation including complex heat treatment – hardening, case hardening, nitriding and surface treatment – phosphating, blackening, galvanizing, coloring, etc. The manufacturing process takes place in accordance with provided drawing documentation. In case of requirement we manufacture components also according to sampling pieces or provide complete drawing documentation.

CNC MILLING
Our milling center HAAS VF 4 (3 axis) + 4.axis manufactures components from small to big dimensions. Programming of the manufacturing process including the formation of NC code takes place with the help of software ESPRIT. Milling focuses on production of complex components – flat components, shaped components, shape milling, pocket milling, Groove milling, drilling and boring of holes, milling and boring of various parts of rotary components, etc. The milling center deals also with complex hole boring and boring of accurate holes in required precise dimensions up to the precision of dimensions with the limit of error+ - 0,01mm. The production takes place in accordance with the provided drawing documentation including complex heat treatment – hardening, case hardening, nitriding and surface treatment – phosphating, blackening, galvanizing, coloring, etc. The production takes place in accordance with the provided drawing documentation or in case of requirement we manufacture components also according to sampling pieces or provide complete drawing documentation.
